Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations are subject to a 30% handling charge. Special orders may not be canceled. All sales are final. Delivered / picked up items may not be returned. No refunds will be provided.
Warranty Policy: Warranty service is subject to manufacturers’ warranty policies.
Delivery Policy: Purchasers selecting delivery at checkout will be contacted within two business days to schedule delivery of in-stock items. Delivery time subject to availability and weather conditions. Customers are responsible for providing a clear, safe path for delivery, including removal of snow/ice from driveways and walkways. Delivery of out of stock items is dependent on manufacturer availability. Purchasers selecting store pick-up will be notified when their items are ready for pickup.
