Where do you deliver?

We are pleased to offer delivery services anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States.

When will my delivery be scheduled?

We will typically reach out to schedule your delivery date when we receive word from the manufacturer that your order is en route to our warehouse (typically one week prior to delivery)

How will you deliver my purchase?

Once received from the manufacturer, your order will be inspected for quality, integrity and accuracy before our full service in-house delivery team delivers, assembles and stages your new furniture in your home or office.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges vary based on a number of variables.  Your designer will provide a shipping price as part of your final sale price.

How are online orders shipped?

The size and weight of your online purchase are factors that help us determine the most efficient delivery method. Standard Shipping – We ship smaller, lighter items via courier or mail (e.g. UPS, FedEx or USPS). You will receive a notification as soon as your order ships.  Some items ordered online may require assembly.  In-Home Delivery – Our in-house delivery team will deliver larger online orders directly to your home or business.  A representative will call to set up a delivery time once the item has been received from the manufacturer.
